Application Integration

Your Systems, Finally Working as One

When your applications talk to one another, your whole business runs as one connected whole, not a dozen disconnected parts held together by manual effort. We connect just about any system imaginable to make that happen, so the right information always gets where it needs to go.

Connected systems illustrating application integration
Introduction

What Happens When Everything Connects

Disconnected systems quietly disrupt everything. People rekey the same data in three places, reports never quite agree, and decisions wait on information trapped in a system somebody else owns. Connect those systems and the friction disappears: data moves on its own, everyone works from the same source of truth, and your business operates as one coordinated whole instead of a collection of islands.

This is one of the things we do best. Our team has integrated nearly every kind of system: legacy mainframes, on-premises platforms built on proprietary protocols, and modern cloud SaaS applications. Cloud, on-premises, or hybrid. Application-to-application, business-to-business, or EDI with your trading partners. The patterns change from project to project, but the goal doesn't: get the right data to the right place, automatically and reliably, so your people never become the integration layer.

We've done it where it matters most, running integration solutions for customers where downtime isn't an option. That demands real reliability engineering, careful failure handling, and architecture you can trust at three in the morning. It's a different discipline than wiring two apps together, and it's one we've earned.

Overview

What We Do

System-to-System (A2A) Integration

Connecting your applications, on-premises, cloud, or hybrid, so data flows between them automatically instead of through manual exports and re-entry.

B2B & EDI Integration

Reliable electronic data interchange with your trading partners, suppliers, and customers, meeting their standards and formats without the manual overhead.

API Development & Management

Designing, building, and managing the APIs that let your systems, partners, and applications connect cleanly, securely, and on your terms.

Legacy & Mainframe Integration

Bridging older systems and proprietary protocols to modern applications, so decades of investment keep delivering value instead of becoming a dead end.

Use Cases

Problems We Solve

  • Our systems don’t talk to each other, so our people spend their days copying data between them.

    Director of Operations

  • We still rely on a mainframe nobody wants to touch, but everything else needs to connect to it.

    Enterprise Architect

  • Our trading partners require EDI, and our current setup is held together with workarounds.

    Director of Supply Chain

  • We’ve got data in a dozen SaaS apps and no single, reliable picture of the truth.

    CIO

  • This integration runs our business. If it goes down, we stop shipping, period.

Our Approach

How We Approach It

We build on a deep integration foundation. This is well-traveled ground for our team, so we bring patterns, judgment, and hard-won lessons rather than figuring it out as we go. We take time to understand how your systems and data actually work before we connect anything, because thoughtful design upfront is what separates integration that lasts from integration that constantly breaks.

Azure is our go-to platform. We build many of our integration solutions on Azure Logic Apps and Azure Integration Services, which give us a robust, scalable foundation for connecting systems across cloud and on-premises environments. It’s where our deepest integration expertise lives, and where we can deliver the most value the fastest. That said, our approach is grounded in proven integration principles, not a single product, so we can work with the platforms and tools that fit your environment.

We engineer for reliability. For the critical workloads our customers depend on, we design for high availability, graceful failure handling, and observability, so problems are caught and managed before they become outages. Integration this important deserves to be built like it matters, because it does.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? We'd rather answer them in a conversation than bury them in a brochure.

Talk To Our Team
Can you integrate with our legacy or mainframe systems?
Almost certainly. We’ve connected legacy mainframes and on-premises systems built on proprietary protocols to modern applications many times over. Older systems often hold critical data and logic, and we specialize in bridging them to the rest of your environment so they keep delivering value.
Do you handle B2B and EDI integration with trading partners?
Yes. We have extensive experience with B2B and EDI integration across a wide range of standards and partner networks, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, Exostar, and Railinc. Whatever formats your trading partners require, we can meet them, replacing fragile, manual workarounds with reliable, automated exchanges.
Can you integrate with systems that don’t have APIs?
Yes. Many of our customers still rely on legacy desktop or older web applications that have no modern API to connect to. Frequently these applications control expensive, business-critical equipment that isn't going anywhere. In these situations, we use desktop automation software to bridge the gap. This approach lets us link otherwise "closed" applications into cloud-based workflows and the rest of your environment. That way, even a decades-old system can participate in modern, end-to-end integration instead of forcing someone on your team to be the manual link between it and everything else.
Can you handle mission-critical integrations where downtime isn’t acceptable?
That’s some of our most important work. We’ve built and run integrations carrying critical workloads where downtime isn’t an option, designing for high availability, graceful failure handling, and observability so the integration holds up under real-world conditions.
We have a mix of cloud and on-premises systems. Can you connect them?
Yes. Cloud, on-premises, and hybrid integration are all well within our experience. We securely connect systems wherever they live, so the mix of old and new, cloud and on-prem, works together as one.
